By accessing or using Coding Werks Project Tools (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of the terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides project management tools, including Kanban boards, task tracking, time tracking, screenshots, file attachments, and team collaboration features. CodingWerks, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit any material that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of others.
5. Intellectual Property
CodingWerks, LLC retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload, but grant us a license to store and display it to authorized users within your workspace.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CodingWerks, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
